About the event
Plein air painting, meaning "in the open air" in French, is the practice of painting outdoors, directly from nature. Join us at the Portage Cove picnic shelter next to the totem pole, at the southern end of the small boat harbor. Then move to the small boat harbor, beach or another spot that has the perfect image for you to paint. Sunset is at 8:50 p.m. We have 3.5 hours to capture the beautiful scenery and a sunset. Tickets are free.
Bring your own art supplies. If you do not have supplies, please let us know.
