About the event
Plein air painting, meaning "in the open air" in French, is the practice of painting outdoors, directly from nature. Picture Point is the quintessential "postcard" view of Haines. Join us at the picnic shelter and move to the beach or another spot that has the perfect image for you to paint. Sunset is at 8:50 p.m. We have 3.5 hours to capture the beautiful scenery and a sunset. Tickets are free.
