Arashi Shibori is a Japanese silk dying technique that can create multi-colored lines (if ironed) or graphic multi-colored pleats. A more complex version of popular tie-dye techniques, the silk is dyed once, dried, then wrapped on a tube with string, scrunched up, dyed a second time, then dried on the tube. 

3 day workshop. Wear clothes that can be stained or an apron. This is a fun and messy technique with stunning professional results.
